Australian Orders

Australia orders are generally shipped via Australia Post. We may at times use an alternative as required.

US Fulfilment

We ship everywhere in the US — every state, territory, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, and even to APO/FPO addresses and PO boxes. No one gets left out!

Processing Time

We like to make sure every order is perfect before it leaves our hands. How long that takes can depend on a few things: whether your order has pre-order items, the time needed for quality checks, packaging, and what’s currently in stock.

So, what is processing time?

It’s the time from when we get your order to when it’s on its way to you.

Keep in mind, shipping times are estimates. They start from the day your order ships, not the day you place it. Sometimes things like customs checks or an incorrect address can cause a little delay, but we always do our best to get your order to you quickly.

About Taxes and Duties

Our shipments are delivery duty unpaid. That means any customs or import fees are charged when your package arrives in your country. If you choose not to accept it because of these fees, you’d be responsible for return shipping, customs charges, and handling costs.

And just so you know — we have to list the true value of your purchase for customs. We can’t mark it as a gift or undervalue it.

Shipping Updates

Once your order is on the way, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number. If any items are backordered or canceled, you’ll get a separate email letting you know.

You can also check your order status anytime by logging into your account and clicking “Orders.”

Some orders may arrive in multiple packages — we’ll send the items we have in stock first so you can start enjoying your goodies as soon as possible!
